Lucky Draw App（以下「本アプリ」）の提供において、利用者の個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）及び関連法令を遵守し、適切な個人情報の管理に努めます。

We recognize the importance of protecting personal information in providing the Lucky Draw App (the "Service") and comply with Japan's Personal Information Protection Act and related laws.

  • 基本的な分析用Cookieおよびスクリプトタグ（インプレッション・コンバージョン追跡のみ）

2.3 エンドユーザー情報（第三者データ）(End User Information - Third Party Data)

利用者が本アプリを通じて収集する情報：

  • エンドユーザーの氏名 (End user names)
  • メールアドレス (Email addresses)
  • 電話番号 (Phone numbers)
重要: エンドユーザーデータの管理責任は利用者にあります。
Important: Users are responsible for managing end user data.

3.1 サービス提供目的 (Service Provision)

  • アカウント管理とユーザー認証
  • 抽選システムの提供と運用

5. 情報の第三者提供 (Third Party Disclosure)

5.1 提供しない原則 (Non-Disclosure Principle)

当方は、利用者の同意を得ることなく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

We do not disclose personal information to third parties without user consent.

5.2 例外事項 (Exceptions)

以下の場合は、利用者の同意なく第三者に提供する場合があります：

  • 法令に基づく場合 (Legal requirements)
  • 人の生命・身体の保護のために必要な場合 (Life/health protection)
  • 公衆衛生・児童の健全育成に必要な場合 (Public health/child welfare)
  • 国の機関等への協力が必要な場合 (Government cooperation)

5.3 業務委託 (Business Outsourcing)

当方は自社サーバーでデータを管理しており、原則として第三者サービスプロバイダーとの情報共有は行いません。ただし、以下の場合に限り必要最小限の技術情報を共有する場合があります：

  • クラウドインフラ (Cloud Infrastructure): AWS Lightsail（データホスティングのみ）
  • 分析サービス (Analytics): 匿名化された使用統計のみ

We manage data on our own servers and generally do not share information with third-party service providers. However, minimal technical information may be shared only in the following cases: Cloud Infrastructure: AWS Lightsail (data hosting only), Analytics services (only anonymized usage statistics).

6. Cookieの使用 (Cookie Usage)

6.1 Cookieの目的 (Cookie Purpose)

本アプリでは、以下の目的で最小限のCookieおよびスクリプトタグを使用します：

  • ユーザー認証の維持
  • 基本的な使用統計の収集（インプレッション・コンバージョン追跡のみ）
  • サービスの改善

We use minimal cookies and script tags for: maintaining user authentication, collecting basic usage statistics (impression and conversion tracking only), service improvement.

6.2 Cookie管理 (Cookie Management)

ブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効にできますが、一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

Users can disable cookies through browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

7. データの保存と保護 (Data Storage and Protection)

7.1 保存場所 (Storage Location)

データは日本国内のAWS Lightsailサーバーに保存します。信頼性の高いクラウドインフラストラクチャを利用し、適切なセキュリティ対策を講じてデータを保護しています。

Data is stored on AWS Lightsail servers within Japan. We use reliable cloud infrastructure with appropriate security measures to protect data.

7.2 セキュリティ対策 (Security Measures)

  • SSL/TLS暗号化通信
  • AWS Lightsailのセキュリティ機能活用
  • アクセス制御とログ監視
  • 定期的なセキュリティ監査
  • データのバックアップ
  • 自社サーバーによる直接管理

7.3 保存期間 (Retention Period)

  • アカウント情報: サービス利用期間中および法的要件に基づく期間
  • 利用ログ: 最大2年間
  • エンドユーザーデータ: サービス提供期間中永続的に保存（利用者がダウンロード可能）

Account information: During service use and as required by law; Usage logs: Maximum 2 years; End user data: Permanently stored during service provision (downloadable by users).

8. 利用者の権利 (User Rights)

8.1 アクセス権 (Right of Access)

利用者は自身の個人情報の利用状況について開示を請求できます。

Users can request disclosure of how their personal information is used.

8.2 訂正・削除権 (Right of Correction/Deletion)

個人情報に誤りがある場合、訂正または削除を請求できます。

Users can request correction or deletion of inaccurate personal information.

8.3 利用停止権 (Right to Stop Usage)

個人情報の利用停止を請求できます。ただし、サービス提供に必要な範囲では停止できない場合があります。

Users can request to stop the use of their personal information, subject to service provision requirements.

9. 国際的なデータ移転 (International Data Transfers)

9.1 移転の制限 (Transfer Restrictions)

データは日本国内のAWSデータセンターでのみ管理し、日本国外への移転は行いません。AWS Lightsailの東京リージョンを使用することで、データの日本国内保管を確保しています。

Data is managed only in AWS data centers within Japan and is not transferred outside the country. We use AWS Lightsail's Tokyo region to ensure data remains within Japan.

9.2 例外的移転 (Exceptional Transfers)

当方はAWS Lightsailの東京リージョンを使用しているため、データは日本国内にとどまり、国際的なデータ移転は発生しません。

Since we use AWS Lightsail's Tokyo region, data remains within Japan and no international data transfers occur.

10. 未成年者の個人情報 (Minors' Personal Information)

10.1 収集制限 (Collection Restrictions)

本サービスに年齢制限はありませんが、一般的に事業者による利用を想定しているため、未成年者からの個人情報収集は想定していません。

While the Service has no specific age restrictions, it is intended for business use, so we do not anticipate collecting personal information from minors.

10.2 発見時の対応 (Response Upon Discovery)

未成年者の情報が誤って収集された場合は、速やかに削除します。

If information from minors is inadvertently collected, it will be promptly deleted.

11. プライバシーポリシーの変更 (Privacy Policy Changes)

11.1 変更通知 (Change Notification)

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページでの公開により通知します。重要な変更の場合はメールでも通知します。

Changes to this policy will be notified through this page. Important changes will also be notified by email.

11.2 継続利用 (Continued Use)

変更後の継続利用をもって、変更内容に同意したものとみなします。

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
